This site does not host the images or video it displays— all such content is served by third-party platforms (LiveJasmin / AWEmpire) and is utilized in accordance with their terms of service. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), 17 U.S.C. § 512.

If you are a performer: also contact your webcam service directly and ask them to stop sharing your promotional content — they control the source material at the platform level.

What a valid notice must include (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)) — submit in English:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the rights owner or authorized person.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
3. Identification of the infringing material and its URL on this site.
4. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
5. A good-faith belief statement that the use is not authorized.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.

Our response. On receiving a valid notice we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the identified material across our properties. Because we do not host the underlying media, we will also refer valid notices to the third-party content platform (LiveJasmin / AWEmpire).

Counter-notification. If you believe content was removed by mistake, send a counter-notice to dmca@adultporntoys.com including: (1) your signature; (2) identification of the removed material and its prior location; (3) a good-faith statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification; and (4) your name, address, phone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the US, any district where we may be found), and acceptance of service of process from the complainant. We may restore the content 10–14 business days after forwarding your counter-notice if the complainant does not file a court action.

Repeat infringers. We will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate or restrict access to content associated with repeat infringers.
